I popped into The Food Warehouse by Iceland, Reading, on Saturday evening. There was one young girl on the till and an awkward customer in front of me flapping around trying to put money on a gift card before paying with it. 10 minutes later there were around 8 people in the queue and that awkward customer was still having issues.
The Deputy Manager was outside having a cigarette, a customer called him into the store to sort out an issue with the gift card. He then went back outside to have another cigarette just when there was another issue with the till. The checkout girl started crying, the customer behind me walked out leaving her shopping on the conveyor belt, I then went out of the store to find the DM telling him to go inside and support his junior members of staff. All he said to me was that he was on a break!
What type of manager takes a break in the middle of a mini crisis - one that clearly doesn't care.

Very high prices indeed. Wont be shopping there again. Will go back to Aldi

Food Warehouse are just poor quality meat off the bone,Mashed into sludge sausages and cut to shape they’re products which usually contain lots of fat to bulk they’re products out to make them look big and desirable.
But what makes me die inside is the prices they charge,I went in there today to look in every freezer,I thought by the prices I was in M/S or Waitrose.
A simple Cucumber was 78p and half the size you get anywhere else.
A bag of Southern fried Chicken was £12s and even less quality stuff was 5-6-8-10-12-15-22s a bag.
I can’t do a weekly shop in there it’s extortionate,Plus the quality of they’re meats is the left overs off the carcasses lol

We normally buy in bulk from this store.one of our recent buys left a bitter taste. Actually it left no taste whatsoever.a box of two garlic & herb kievs left us feeling that we should have eaten the box they came in.

False high single prices to force you to multi buy ... most people today can't afford to multi buy
Shame on you Iceland you're now ripping off your loyal customers .. whom like my will never shop here again !!

These charge on average 40% if you use Uber just to pick your goods also advertise stock what u can never get

Unfairly provide deals and vouchers purely for online home delivery use. Which would be fine but they don’t provide delivery to our area. Which is just 5 miles down the road.

I have shopped several times online, and I would like to say I can't fault them, from ordering too the delivery. The driver's are excellent their are so helpful, I can't praise them enough. Thank's guy's .

The staff need to be informed that when a customer purchases a WHOLE tray of a certain product, then they are supposed to be charged as per the ticket on the shelf says! Not charged per item as individual purchases! So annoyed to gat all the way home to find the silly girl Soffi at Amanford has over charged me! Thanks girl. The company must love you!

The Basingstoke store is ok but does have a few issues. There's always just only one person on the tills, no self service checkouts which is really frustrating particularly when the person in front of you has a huge overfilled trolley of stuff to go through and you only have 3 items. Also, some of the young cashiers (not all of them) are so damn miserable! You don't even get a ''hello'' when you get served, no ''thank you'' and no ''good bye'' or a smile from them. These are the bare basics of customer service, which they clearly don't have. Shocking!

Have just been into farmfoods harlow to do my weekly shop and will not. Be going back as quite a few of my items have gone up between 25p to £1 per item and got talking to a member of staff and they said I'm not the only customer to say that I understand price do rise but not like this 1 item I buy has gone up by over a pound in less than a year.feel sorry for the staff

Ordered a delivery. 3/4 of my frozen food had been freezer burned but when I phoned up they offered to resend it. Waited all day for it and when it came it was the exact same issue. Don't really understand how this is happening..

Confusing prices with bonus card not as good as it used to be doubt will shop there again.said mcain triple cooked chips were 2 bags for £4 at checkout said no £2.50 per bag.

Visited weston super mare store today for first time hardly any of the floor staff were wearing face coverings and if they were they had them round there chin until customer came up and spoke to them!
Come on just play the game follow the rules

Bought chicken and stuffing pieces.Absolutley disgusting.No taste what so ever.They went straight into th bin
